– Steps to reproduce
– Screenshots or logs, if available
– Potential impact
– Your contact information

2. Responsible Disclosure Guidelines

When researching or reporting a vulnerability, please:

– Do not access, modify, delete, or download data that does not belong to you
– Do not disrupt VIDO Food services
– Do not test against production systems in a way that affects customers or merchants
– Do not publicly disclose the issue before VIDO has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it
– Do not use social engineering, phishing, spam, or physical attacks
– Do not perform denial-of-service testing

3. What Happens Next

After receiving a report, we may:

– Acknowledge receipt
– Ask for more details
– Investigate the issue
– Prioritize remediation based on risk
– Notify affected parties if required
– Follow up after the issue is resolved when appropriate

4. No Bug Bounty Unless Stated

VIDO does not currently offer a public bug bounty or reward program unless separately announced in writing. Submitting a report does not guarantee compensation.
